LENSKART Terms & Conditions 1. This is a Lenskart Gift Voucher/Gift Card (GV/GC) that will be accepted on the Lenskart-approved platforms i.e., Lenskart website: www.lenskart.com, app or offline stores and offline stores/websites/app of Lenskart affiliates ( Platform ). 2. Lenskart Gift Vouchers/Cards can only be redeemed by adding the code to the Lenskart Wallet via the app or website. 3. The Lenskart GV/GC user is deemed the beneficiary. 4. Once activated, the membership cannot be transferred to another user. 5. The GV/GC issued by Lenskart shall be governed by the applicable terms here. 6. The purchaser of Gift Card may add the Gift Card to Lenskart Money balance via Claim option available on Lenskart APP. 7. Multiple Gift Cards can be loaded into Lenskart Money Balance via Claim Option Maximum amount which can be accumulated via Gift cards is INR 1,00,000. The balance uploaded can be redeemed against purchase of any product on Lenskart. 8. GV/GC cannot be used for branded contact lenses, including but not limited to Bausch + Lomb, Johnson & Johnson, Alcon, Freshlook, and Acuvue. Excluded brands may be updated by Lenskart from time to time. 9. GV/GC can only be used for Aqualens contact lenses on Lenskart's website, app, offline stores, and affiliate platforms. 10. The GV/GC once purchased cannot be canceled, blocked, or returned. 11. The GV/GCs are not for resale nor redeemable for cash. 12. In cases where the Lenskart order is canceled, the GV/GC amount shall be refunded to the source gift card account with its original expiry. 13. Unitymall Inc/Lenskart is not responsible if the GV/GC is lost, stolen, or used without permission. 14. Lenskart reserves the right to withdraw, modify, cancel, or change the offer at any point without prior notice and at its sole discretion. 15. Lenskart also reserves the right to cancel the GV/GC if the same is purchased with fraudulent means and/or the beneficiary/know-your-customer (KYC) details are found to be incorrect or insufficient as per RBI guidelines. 16. The purchaser of the GV/GC agrees and understands that the GV/GC is a pre-paid payment instrument subject to regulation by RBI under PPI Master Directions. 17. Under the RBI guidelines, Lenskart may be required to share KYC details of the purchaser of the Gift Card or any other information about the purchase of the GV/GC or transaction undertaken using the GV/GC with RBI or such statutory authorities. Lenskart may contact the purchaser of the Gift Card for any such information. 18. In the event of any conflict in the terms regarding GV/GC captured here under these Terms and any other terms made available to the purchaser of the GV/GC via Platform, these Terms shall prevail. 19. Go to your profile page in the Lenskart app and click on "Claim Gift Card". Enter gift card code and pin and click on "Claim Gift Card" Gift Card will appear on payment page post a confirmation message. Click on the gift card balance to use it for the purchase.
