Customer is deemed to have read the terms and conditions hereunder along with the privacy policy and agrees to comply with the same. E-Gift Card will be accepted in Lulu Hypermarket, Lulu Fashion Store, Lulu Connect, Lulu Celebrate, Lulu Xpress, Lulu Daily and Lulu Webstore (Online) across India. (Henceforth “Lulu”) E-gift Card is valid only for one year from the date of activation and shall cease to be valid from the date of expiry. E-Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash. No cash refund in part/full will be provided. Lulu will not be responsible for any loss/misuse of E-Gift Card, Password/PIN and no demand for reissue/ compensation for the loss will be entertained. Once the E-Gift Card is issued/redeemed, request for cancellation will not be entertained. Should the purchase value exceed the value of the e-Gift Card, the differential value should be paid by the customer who redeems the e-Gift Card. All taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues and charges payable in connection with the benefits accruing for the E-Gift Card, shall be borne solely by the Customer. E-Gift Cards are valid for one time redemption only. Any balance amount in the E-Gift Card after the card is redeemed will be forfeited. No further Claim for the balance amount in the E-Gift Card will be entertained. Multiple E-Gift Cards can be used for Single purchase. The holder of the E- Gift card is deemed to be the beneficiary. Lulu reserves unconditional right to cancel the E-Gift Card in the event the Customer breaches these terms of use of the E-Gift Card, and the terms and conditions of Lulu. Lulu reserves the right to alter any/all the terms and conditions of this E-Gift Card at any time without prior notice.
